Welcome back to the Shadow Factory! Belly up to the bar, order your favorite glass of Liberal Tears and let's chat about what in the world those wacky, Democrat clowns are up to now... 

This country, under Barack Obama and Sleepy Joe Biden, worked to placate Iran instead of protecting our country and its future.  

Obama and Biden kicked the can of responsibility down this road to destruction, knowing full well it would eventually come to this, this point in history where President Trump has been forced to intervene on the world-wide stage. 

In 2016 the Obama administration - according to the Financial Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations - arranged for a "payment of $1.7 billion in cash to Iran, which was transported via unmarked cargo planes.  This payment consisted of $400 million of principle - the return of Iranian funds from a failed 1979 arms deal - plus $1.3 billion in interest."  

The report also states - 

• Cash payments to Iran raise concerns over how that money is spent.  The Obama Administration’s payment to Iran was structured in a way that makes it easy for the world’s biggest state sponsor of terrorism to move the money anywhere it wants.
• The Obama Administration is not being honest with the American people about its payment to Iran. Despite President Obama’s claim that “we do not pay ransom for hostages,” the State Department admitted the cash payment to Iran and the release of American hostages were linked. 

And what did the Biden administration do with Iran as they forged forward in their quest for a nuclear weapon?  According to The Hudson Organization - 

• $6 Billion Asset Release: The administration facilitated the transfer of $6 billion in Iranian oil revenue frozen in South Korea to a restricted account in Qatar, which Tehran could access for humanitarian goods. Critics argued this acted as a "ransom payment" that could be used for, or free up money for, terror proxies.
• Sanctions Waivers and Waivers: Reports indicated the administration reapproved sanctions waivers allowing Iran access to further billions in assets, which critics alleged was an attempt to entice Iran back into nuclear negotiations.
• Nuclear Diplomacy: Early in the term, the administration sought to revive the 2015 nuclear deal, relaxing the strict "maximum pressure" campaign of the previous - read that as President Trump's - administration.

The Democrats have always attempted to keep Iran at bay while in office, pretending they were keeping you safe, when they were knowingly financing terror around the world. But as long as nothing blew up on their watch, they could claim the peacemaker role and blame other administrations for incompetence when their mess needed to be cleaned up.

So now the whole Iran deal, after nearly 50 years, is coming to a head. 

President Trump has been the only U.S. President tough enough to meet Iran head-on, and when faced with the strong possibility of a "Death to America" chanting Iranian government acquiring their apocalypse fulfilling goal of a nuclear weapon, the President stepped into the breach, taking on the onus of war, leaning in... 

And now, here we are.

Unfortunately, the challenges the President is dealing with in this historic time are not solely due to the Iran conflict. Yes, he is dealing with the fully expected repercussions of his actions, with NATO, the United Nations, foreign governments, world leaders and economic concerns, but these were to be expected.  What is sadly not unexpected is the way the Liberal Left has publicly fought tooth and nail to stop the President - even as they knew Iran was weeks, even days away from having a nuclear bomb. 

Democrat leaders continually impeding the President at every turn is one thing, but attempting to impede him from carrying out his duties as the Commander in Chief of this country - where it pertains to Iran - borders on, in my opinion, "lending aid and comfort to the enemy." 

The Lefts constant war with the President, calling for him to stop the bombing of Iran, bringing votes to the floor of the House and the Senate on the "War Powers Act", only to be voted down, includes individual Senators and House Representatives on the Left like Senator Bernie Sanders and Representative Vindman calling it a "forever war" (after just 90 days) and a "catastrophic mistake."  Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called the President a "liar" and claimed the war as "illegal, catastrophic" and, get this, "unnecessary."

Over and over the Liberal Left has attempted - loudly, publicly and amplified by the Left news outlets - to stand with Iran. And what has this done?  What has this constant, white noise squalling against the President, done? It has given Iran the one thing it shouldn't have...

Hope.

Hope that the American people are against this action.  Hope that if they can hang on long enough, the American people will tire and force the President to pull back. Hope to make a deal that allows for Iran's nuclear aspirations to move forward. Hope that the election in November will empower a Democrat Congress with the ability to impede the President's powers.

Hope.

The Left is causing this war to last longer due to the perception Iran has as to the validity of our resolve in this matter. It is impeding the President's ability to negotiate from a position of strength. And due to this, Iran has gone back to its age old stalling tactics... Yes, we will agree to a cease fire... no we won't.  Yes, we will open the Straits of Hormuz... no we won't.  Yes, we will bargain... no we won't.  Yes, this is what we want to agree to... No, we changed our minds. Each step taking days, even weeks, as Iran prays they can hold on until the November elections when Americans will surely rise up and vote against the President's agenda.

Maybe this isn't "offering aid and comfort to the enemy" in the strictest sense of the phrase, but it is real and sadly the Left is doing it purposely, and only due to the coming elections.  They have no real sympathy for Americans or Iranians for that matter.  Only a win the next election at any cost ideology. This war is nothing more than an unfortunate opportunity for them - just as every act of violence in this country is blamed on Trump and the Republicans, even when it is being done by the usual suspects - Democrats.

Here at the Shadow Factory, we have no doubt the President will stay the course.

Did you see former F.B.I. director and traitorous liar James Comey says he didn't ask for a pardon from Joe Biden because he's innocent?

Sure.

If he had been offered a pardon, he would have beat those big feet to the oval office and hit his knees in thanks. But because he wasn't offered a pardon, he has no choice except to go with the "I don't need it because I'm innocent" line. Even he admits the Supreme Court ruled in Burdick v United States (1915) that accepting a pardon denotes you are accepting guilt, or as they wrote "carries an imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it.."

Now, if the D.O.J. and Republicans were smart, they would use those pardoned to their advantage, and they are many - 

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark A. Milley, and Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, who served as Biden’s chief medical advisor during the pandemic. Biden issued an individual pardon to each of them.

“Members of Congress” and “staff” who served on the Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol and to “the police officers from the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department or the U.S. Capitol Police who testified before” that committee.

The family members pardoned consist of Biden’s brother, James Biden; James’ wife, Sara; Biden’s sister, Valerie T. Owens; Valerie’s husband, John T. Owens; and Biden’s other brother, Francis T. Biden.

The Jan. 6 committee included nine members of Congress as well as more than 60 staff members, according to its final report. The nine members of the committee (in the order listed therein) included chairman Bennie G. Thompson; vice chair Liz Cheney; Zoe Lofgren; Adam B. Schiff; Pete Aguilar; Stephanie N. Murphy; Jamie Raskin; Elaine G. Luria; and Adam Kinzinger.

The police officers who testified included U.S. Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn; USCP Officer (now sergeant) Caroline Edwards; Metropolitan Police Department Officer Michael Fanone; USCP Sergeant Aquilino Gonell; and MPD Officer Danny Hodges.

And knowing full well the Burdick v United States ruling on the acceptance of a pardon meaning admission of guilt, Biden said this when handing them out...

“The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing,” Biden wrote each announcement, “nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense.”

Sorry, Sleepy Joe... it doesn't work that way.  And the government should exploit the fact they were pardoned.

How?

Call each and every one of those pardoned into congress to answer questions - under oath - pertaining to what they knew during Covid, during the Trump coup attempt, about election results, about January 6th, etc.

Why?

Because they don't have the 5th amendment to fall back on. In effect they are given immunity - due to their pardon - and therefore have no legal fear of incrimination. So, they must answer truthfully, no matter who their answer implicates.

Dr. Fauci, let's try this again, shall we?  Did you know Covid came from a lab leak?  Did you try to hide it?  Did you fund gain of function? Did you lie to congress? Did you know masks didn't work?  Did you know the efficacy of the so-called vaccine was far less than what was being represented?  Did you know that children were basically immune yet still advise they stay out of school? And a 100 other questions.

First, he has to answer truthfully, which means exposing himself, in the first person, as a liar, a thief, and a killer of thousands, saying it out loud to an already knowing country. Secondly, it opens him up to a fresh perjury charge if he lies.  The crime of perjury taking place after the end-date of the pardon - is then prosecutable.  He must answer about who was involved, who hid things and his relationship with China.  If not?  Off to jail with you!

The same goes for others.  Ask Hunter what he knew about the money gained from the Ukraine.  Where it went.  Who was involved.  If he lies?  Perjury.  Jail.

Those January 6th committee members?  Same thing.  They knew what they were doing.  We know what they did.  Spill it all and those involved or?  Perjury.  Jail.

Use these traitors, mopes and miscreants to our advantage.  For all I know this is already in progress behind the scenes.  At least... let's hope so.

Did you watch the news at all after the Supreme Court ruling on gerrymandering by race?  Whoo-boy!  This is such an amazing time in American History.  A time when we actually took back our elections. Things we hope for and for all practical purposes are going to see...

I.Ds. for voting.

No more gerrymandering voting districts by race.

Voter rolls purged.

No more mail in voting unless absolutely required.

No more drop boxes.

No more counting ballots received after election day.

Possibly another Census before 2030, only counting citizens, not illegals or papered immigrants.

Getting rid of ballot harvesting.

All of this could change the voting landscape in America so much, as to be an extinction level event for the Democrat party as we know it.  

Wouldn't that be nice?
