IG Report, Clinton 2020 and a Theory
All b.s. aside, and just so we are crystal clear, this attempted impeachment of a duly elected and lawfully sitting President isn't an aberration from the Progressives. It's not out of left-field. It's not a rarity when it comes to the Dem's hatred of those who fight against their progressive agenda. It's important you fathom the depths of the Lefts frothing contempt of anything that stands in the way of their game-plan to turn this country into a globalist loving, socialist hellhole, at any cost...
The Democrats have filed "Articles of Impeachment" against five of the last six Republican Presidents.
Though these investigations were partisan and went nowhere (with the noted exception of Nixon), it doesn't exclude the fact that except for President Ford - who was in office for just 2.5 years - every Republican President since Eisenhower has had Articles of Impeachment filed against them. Time and taxpayer money wasted on frivolous, petty and partisan witchhunts that had no basis in fact whatsoever, only a malicious intent to slow a Presidency to a crawl, or to discredit them in the eyes of voters.
And now this non-stop, three-year attempt to destroy or discredit this President is finally coming to a head.

The Progressives and their cohorts in the mainstream media (MSM) have been calling for impeachment since November 9th, 2016, when Queen Hillary suffered one of the biggest upset losses in American politics - a decisive, public and soul-destroying humiliation. The Left, ready to turn the corner towards full-on Socialism and Globalism after eight-years of groundwork laid by Obama, was left reeling in tears, disbelief, rage and a sick, untempered hatred of President Trump. The narcissists on the Left refused to accept their loss, and thus, the "Resist Trump" movement was born.
When Trump publicly decried Russia interference during the run-up to the 2016 election, President Obama played to the crowd with his now-famous line "I told Putin to cut-it-out!" Hillary Clinton and the MSM talking heads who anchored the debates questioned both candidates on whether they would accept the results of the election. Hillary replied "...sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but I certainly will support the outcome of this election... I hope the people understand, this election is really up to you..."

In case you don't remember, the calls for impeachment started almost immediately.
But its always been nothing more than wishful thinking and breathless, unconfirmed "bombshell" allegations that were reported as fact - even though none ever existed.
Just one month ago, the news was filled with the suspicious death of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and the fevered calls for impeachment (imagine that) of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh was accused of sexual assault by Max Stier - a former Bill Clinton lawyer - even though the woman named as the victim stated she had no idea what Steir was talking about, while Epstein was providing underage boys and girls to an elite clientele of like-minded pedophiles.
And then, suddenly, as if every MSM outlet in the world turned off a switch on the same day, these two stories disappeared (have you heard anything about either since?) and the impeachment against President Trump went into overdrive with every Fake News outlet screaming the Progressive party line. And now, in the midst of the 24-7 onslaught of lies (Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi, and Jerry Nadler) Hillary Clinton is making noise as though she is going to run again.
Though odd, it does seem like something the Trump Derangement Syndrome party would do. It's crazy. It's ridiculous. It's mindless.
At least until you remember the announcement the IG report on FISA abuses and the beginnings of the false Russia collusion investigation was completed just ten days or so before the impeachment hysteria began.
The IG report is due out on Friday, October 18th and is reported to be as "...thick as a phone book..." and to go much farther than just "...FISA abuses..."
Hmm. Well, hell, let me take a crack at what is going on, just for kicks.
The "impeach Trump" rhetoric began and is being used as cover by the Dems against what may come out of the IG report. The Left is creating or attempting to create a diversion they can use to protect themselves against any fallout from Inspector General Horowitz's report. They are hammering that Trump is a President who uses the power of his office to destroy his political opponents so that if they are themselves accused of something in the IG report, they can then immediately say the report is a Trump-induced hoax using the power of his office to destroy his political opponents - exactly what they have been accusing him of (with no proof). They create the lie, then use the lie to cast doubt upon the truth. And if they can't protect themselves, then they are going to do everything they can to muddy the waters of public opinion.
Progressives have been screaming for a month straight the President has "abused the power of his office" and used extortion in an effort to dig up dirt on his 2020 political opponents. Representative Adam Schiff (D) is claiming - in a bald-faced lie - the President said to the Ukranian President, "And I’m going to say this only seven times so you better listen good. I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent, understand. Lots of it. On this and on that. I’m going to put you in touch with people, not just any people, I am going to put you in touch with the attorney general of the United States, my Attorney General Bill Barr. He’s got the whole weight of the American law enforcement behind him. And I’m going to put you in touch with Rudy. You’re going to love him. Trust me. You know what I’m asking. And so I’m only going to say this a few more times. In a few more ways. And by the way, don’t call me again. I’ll call you when you’ve done what I asked."
This was read into the Congressional record as fact! When called out on the completely false and scandalously defaming reading of the transcript, Schiff claimed it was a 'parody.' Incredible.
And now Hillary Clinton is making an announcement, conveniently, on Wednesday, October
16th, just two days before the IG report is released to the public, in which it is thought she will throw her tattered, twice humiliated hat into the mix for the 2020 Presidential election.
Talk about timing and pure crazy talk.
If there is anything damning about the Clintons in the IG report, you can bet Hillary will immediately begin beating the drum of political sabotage, screaming 'Trump's using the power of his office to crush his political opponents! He did it with Joe Biden using Ukraine and now he is doing it to me with this trumped-up IG report!'
The extent of their faux Russia Collusion coup attempt is about to be exposed, and the closer the government gets to the swamp, the louder and more strident, they become. The nearer to the truth the citizens of this country are, the more brazen the progressives are, using the power of their public office to make fantastic, incredulous, and absurd allegations of the President, accusing him of the very actions and deeds they themselves committed, in a last gasp attempt to deflect, and to maintain power and control. This is the real reason Pelosi has not brought the Articles of Impeachment to the floor for a vote. It's better to have the constant commotion of inaction, subpoenas, accusations, tweets and vehement, super-charged demonstrations by followers than to mess it all up with a real vote - on the record - and one that may not pass. In Pelosi's view, nothing is more.
I am not a conspiracy theory kinda guy, but this feels just about right. It explains the timing of the sudden, full-court press for impeachment. It explains the bum's rush of 24-7 coverage. It explains the unadulterated lies. It explains the willingness to sacrifice everything the Constitution stands for - all using the false narrative of upholding the Constitution.
They are finally afraid. You can see it in their actions and hear it in their voices, like scraping violins.
Friday, October 18th, the plug gets pulled. Friday, October 18th, the swamp begins to drain.
No matter how you cut it, this is going to be fun.
