2024 - The Battle for the Supreme Court and America

It's time Republicans and Conservatives everywhere come to this cold, hard realization - when the enemy tells you what they're going to do, believe them! Take the Marxists at their words and trust the dictatorial actions they are telegraphing with every breath they take. In contrast, we must react swiftly and strongly against the horror show they are attempting to bring to our doorstep!

If the Democrats win in November, they will have control of the Executive branch and the Legislative branch. And what, pray tell, will they do with this power? What fresh hell will they bring? Open your eyes and understand that they will do exactly what they say they will do. They will conduct an all-out assault on the Supreme Court of the United States in an effort to take control of all three branches of the government, with the end result being the complete tyrannical control of every American citizen. 

All things being equal, this could be the very last free and fair election this country will ever know.


This result cannot be overstated. This is not overwrought or melodramatic handwringing. This is not fearmongering for votes. This is not some far-fetched conspiracy theory. They are telling you exactly what they want to do!

This is their final solution. 


As you can see by recent verdicts of SCOTUS, each outcome would have been completely reversed had there been a majority of left-wing, activist ideologues on the court. 

Abortion? Had the left wing controlled the court, there would be abortions allowed up to and immediately after birth. It would have compelled doctors to perform abortions whether they had qualms about it or not.  The doctor believes it's immoral? Fuck you, kill the baby! But it's in the birth canal, ready to be born!? Fuck you, kill the baby!

Second Amendment rights? There wouldn't be any. The Bruen case would have gone the other way, allowing the state and federal governments to have complete control over whether one could own or possess a firearm. Remember, the first rule of any tyrannical government is to disarm the populace. 

Presidential immunity? Had this gone the other way, Donald J Trump would be on his way to jail on specious charges, as would any other political opponent of the in-control ruling class of the Democrat left wing party. Our country would have a true, one-party dictatorship. Look to Russia's Putin for a mirror image of what we could be.

First amendment rights? In a win for the Constitution and our right to free speech, SCOTUS ruled in favor of the NRA in a First Amendment case that involved the government attempting to censor and oppress the speech of the National Rifle Association. Had SCOTUS been the Democrat left-wing ideological nightmare they wanted to put in place, this case would have gone the other way, and our First Amendment rights would have been destroyed. Censorship would be the way of the world - ever expanding to cover any speech not condoned by the federal government. The "Ministry of Truth" would be a real thing.

All these cases have one thing in common: the twisted and tortured reasoning of the dissenting opinions written by SCOTUS left-wing justices. Whenever a case involves woke, social justice warrior aspects, you can always count on Sotomayor, Kagan, and Katanji Brown to use their own desperate left-wing personal opinions to justify their decisions instead of arriving at the conclusion the Constitution compels.

SCOTUS should always be protected by the voters.


SCOTUS defends the Constitution, manning a wall against all its enemies. Attempts to change the Supreme Court through legislation supported by Biden and the Democrats are likely unconstitutional in and of themselves. Attempting to legislate term limits when the Constitution does not permit it would render such legislation invalid. Attempting to pack the court with left-wing ideological jurists would also be unconstitutional as it is an obvious attempt by the executive branch in power to co-opt the judicial branch of our government. Under the Constitution, this violates the principle that branches of government are entirely autonomous and separate from one another.  

I think we all see we are reaching a point where the Democrat party is willing to ignore SCOTUS decisions they disagree with - as can be seen and heard by the recent comments of Democrat representative AOC. 

We have seen the constitutional jurists on the Supreme Court threatened with incitement to violence and intimidated by democrats such as Senator Chuck Schumer - who directed threats of violence towards Justices Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh - when cases were ruled on based on the Constitution and not on the prevailing opinion of the democratic left. And the truly frightening part is that he did it with impunity. Without fear of repercussions to himself. Without fear of the consequences of his felonious actions. 

This election is not about who will run our country. This election is about whether we will have a country to stand by on November 6th. 

It is time for every citizen of this country to stand up for what is right, what is American, what is constitutional - to vote for the Supreme Court!

Vote Republican on November 5th.
